Kellee has managed luxury properties since 2009 and (with husband Rob) built a custom waterfront vacation home. She was formerly a marketing and sales executive at Microsoft and a competitive collegiate golfer. Kellee currently oversees the management of $170 M in high end properties. For fun, Kellee likes to bike, ski, swim, read and enjoy time with family & friends.

Rob Daugherty has over 30 years’ experience in real estate — as a developer, owner & manager of properties from vacation homes, office buildings and multi-family residences. Along with Kellee he oversees operations at Daugherty Management, with a focus on company growth and property acquisition. For fun, Rob loves to kibitz business, snow ski, play basketball and enjoy time with their 3 kids.

Mike has over 22 years in large scale property management, with a recent role as Area Supervisory Manager at Simon Property Management.  Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in quality & consistent care of properties.  He’s an avid outdoorsman and when not working loves to hike, kayak and backpack and is a reading enthusiast.

Stephanie brings 20 years experience in Real Estate, Finance and Property Management. Living in Sandpoint allows her to live in “nature’s paradise”, where she enjoys boating, hiking and skiing Schweitzer with her husband and two kids.

Alana received her Hospitality Management degree in Orlando, Florida and started her career at Disney World. She has spent the majority of the last 15 years working at different ski resorts including Whistler, Vail & Tahoe. Alana has dual citizenship for Canada and USA and is a big hockey fan. She loves to ski, travel, and spend time with her husband and pups at.
